SHARING KNOWLEDGE & INSPIRING CHANGE

A Living Amendment for Soil & Beyond

Locally crafted from upcycled Brewer’s Spent Grain (BSG) and beneficial microorganisms.

We source fresh BSG from Crux Fermentation Project in Bend, Oregon. The grain is inoculated and fermented with a consortium of beneficial microorganisms, then sun-dried and packaged to create a powerful, shelf-stable biological product.

Bokashi Bran helps regenerate soils, manage waste, treat water, and support a wide range of agricultural uses.

THE BOKASHI METHOD

What Is Bokashi Composting?

Bokashi is a method of fermenting organic matter using beneficial microorganisms in a sealed, oxygen-free environment.

Unlike traditional composting, Bokashi can handle challenging food scraps such as meat, dairy, and oils, while helping preserve nutrients and reduce unwanted odors.

The process creates nutrient-rich fermented organic matter that can then become part of a healthy soil-building system.

More than composting — Bokashi is a practical way to turn organic waste into a resource for healthier soil.
